Pau Matas and Cèlia Rovira IN RESiDENCE at the School Josep Pla
This project approaches secrecy as a universal concept, rather than something limited to personal intimacy. Our aim is to explore why we hide things, what mechanisms we invent to do so, and what happens when a secret is revealed. Secrets emerge as a realm of tension between the visible and the invisible, trust and suspicion, the desire to share and the need to remain silent. This perspective allows us to take a creative and playful approach. This is not an introspective exploration, but rather a chance to explore and experiment with the mechanisms that shape secrets and their potential on stage.
