Laia Moretó IN RESiDENCE at the School Manuel Carrasco i Formiguera

This is a collective and artistic exploration of the concept of belonging to a group, taking a critical look at how collective bonds are formed and how inclusion and exclusion dynamics work. Starting from the group's everyday and physical experience, it raises questions about the social, symbolic and emotional structures that define who is part of a collective and who is left on the margins.

The project is based on contemporary artistic practice as a tool for knowledge, thought and intervention. Body, space, matter and experience are interrelated, articulating themselves through active, critical and inclusive pedagogy. The final collective production will take the form of a site-specific action or installation in a space in the city of Barcelona.

As part of the project's development, external professionals, such as a psychologist and an anthropologist, will be brought in to actively participate in the process. This collaboration may take the form of raising questions, co-directing specific moments or contributing contexts and tools for social and symbolic interpretation. Their presence aims to enrich perspectives and generate new links between artistic practice and situated knowledge.
