How can we escape from so much online life and return to real time? This creative process is a call to close our mental tabs and open our bodies to the present. Through theatre, performance and creative use of the camera, we will explore our inner rhythm, one that seeks real connection rather than likes.

The workshop is a space for young people to explore identity through the body, words and action. No filters or endless scrolling, just skin, voice and street. This collective experience allows us to inhabit the present with intensity and awareness. We will put our bodies on the line to think about ourselves in terms of desire, gender, memory and error. We will take to the streets to turn everyday life into a poetic and political act. We will look at each other differently, more closely and more like ourselves.

Focus areas
 We will explore the body as a tangible interface, extending beyond the screen, and the space (classroom, square, or street) as a territory for expression. In this expanded, scroll-free time, the performance is built on spontaneity, error, and encounter.

The image and narrative of ourselves will also be a field of experimentation: how we see ourselves and how we narrate ourselves. During the creative process, we will initiate performative actions in public spaces, from the intimate to the collective. We will ask what it means to occupy the street with our bodies, how an action is interpreted, and whether performance can be protest, play, or care.
