Alba G. Corral (Madrid, 1977)
Alba G. Corral (Madrid, 1977) is a visual artist, coder and educator. Corral, who trained in computer engineering, has been creating art using software for a decade. Her practice encompasses live performances, video, digital media and installations, exploring abstract narratives through various artistic practices. She has lived in La Ràpita (Montsià) for many years.
Her versatility has led her to collaborate with artists from different artistic disciplines (classical music, electronic music, experimental music, fashion, theatre, contemporary dance, etc.), although she is best known for her live audiovisual performances, in which she integrates real-time coding and processing in collaboration with musicians.
As a teacher, she gives classes on visual programming for designers and artists in various settings, including talks, workshops and seminars on creative coding with open source software tools (processing).

School Ramón Berenguer IV
iesramonberenguer-ampostaInstitut Ramon Berenguer IV (Singuerlín, Santa Coloma de Gramenet) is taking part in EN RESiDÈNCiA for the first time. The school was founded in 1988 and shared premises and facilities with CEIP Ramon Berenguer until the 1991-92 academic year. Given the influx of students enrolling at the institution, another school was opened next door, IES Roger de Flor, with which it finally merged in 1997 into a single institution that made excellent use of its potential. It was the beginning of an exceptional period, and the school became deeply involved in the processes of change and redefinition of the city's educational landscape. Subsequently, the building on Avenida Ramon Berenguer was remodelled to be used exclusively for secondary education, and the building on Calle Roger de Flor was used for sixth form education, including arts education, which soon received the support of the entire school and the city council.
